Boehringer Ingelheim group wanted us to develop a training on enriching their behavioral competencies. They have identified a topic of “Providing Effective Feedback” as one of the most important aspect, which is very crucial in a working environment.
In order to engage learners, the client wanted to go beyond the traditional cut and dry methods of classroom based trainings. Yet the approach should be creative, should have high engagement aspects, and should follow the learning by doing the concept.
After discussing multiple concepts and based on the requirements stated, we have prepared a digital solution which have helped their employees to realise how important is providing feedback in the work environment. There is a drastic change identified in their way of working and communications cycle.
